We guarantee that when you book with us, you’ll get the best available rate. Please review our terms and conditions to ensure your reservation is eligible for our Best Rate Guarantee.
Your existing reservation must have been booked through an official Hard Rock Hotel website, Hard Rock Hotel property or Hard Rock Hotel Reservations office. The reservation details booked with Hard Rock Hotel must be the same as the details submitted in the claim for the lower rate. This includes same dates, same room type, same length of stay, same rate terms or restrictions (such as deposit requirements or cancellation policies), same occupancy, and same currency. Your claim must be submitted more than (5) days prior to check in date.
Once submitted, your claim will be verified for eligibility by us. We reserve the right to deny any claim that is a result of technological errors, software malfunction, and the like or a violation or circumvention of these terms & conditions.
Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates, which are not available to the general public. Rates not available to the general public include, but are not limited to:
- Any rates requiring membership in a club such as AAA rates or AARP rates, affinity program, or other organization where the rates are targeted toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public.
- Qualified discount rates including, but not limited to, unpublished rates that have been negotiated by the Hotel with corporations, groups, associations, government or travel agencies (Corporate rates, Group rates, Meeting rates).
- Package rates that include the room and other components such as flight, car rental, entertainment, restaurant vouchers, etc.
- Rates that are available on auction Web sites.
- Rates available on Web sites such as Priceline and Hotwire, which do not disclose the hotel brand or room type until the reservation is completed.
Guarantee does not apply on group reservations or on any reservations of more than (9) rooms.
Any modifications made to the reservation after Best Rate Guarantee has been applied will require a change to a currently available rate at the time of modification.
This Guarantee applies only to the room rate for the duration of the reservation and does not apply to taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges, food and beverage charges, and any other fees or charges that may be incurred during the guest’s stay.
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to rate disparities from fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates or rate differences due to rounding to the nearest dollar. The difference in rate must reflect more than 1% of the total room charges for a Best Rate Guarantee to be processed.
We reserve the right to amend, revise, suspend or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee at any time without notice.
Any disputes arising from the Best Rate Guarantee will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Orange County, Florida, United States.
